里斯本三日遊：辛特拉、羅卡角與貝倫Three Days in Lisbon: Sintra, Cabo da Roca and Belém

🇵🇹葡萄牙Portugal里斯本連續拿下世界旅遊獎「歐洲最佳城市短途旅行目的地」，我們從波爾圖搭火車南下，用三天時間驗證了這份名氣到底從哪來。Lisbon has won the World Travel Award for "Europe's Leading City Break Destination" two years running. We took the train down from Porto to spend three days finding out why.

Day 1：老城初探
抵達後先走了四站路才辦到 Lisboa Card——交通加景點一票到底，值得一辦。第一頓吃了葡式炸鱈魚 CPPB Fried Cod，晚餐在 Uma Petiscos。傍晚去 Santa Justa 升降機，俯瞰里斯本的紅屋頂特別值得。晚餐後一定要去 Nat’elier 甜品店收尾——葡式蛋撻在這裡只是開胃菜，後面還有更犯規的。
Day 2：辛特拉一日遊
這是整趟行程最推薦的一天：
- 雷加萊拉宮（Quinta da Regaleira）：像走進童話故事的神秘花園
- 佩納宮（Palácio da Pena）：色彩濃烈到不像現實
- 羅卡角（Cabo da Roca）：歐洲大陸最西端，風大到站不穩，但值得
午餐在 O Tasco Do Strauss，回程順路吃了 Landeau Chiado 的巧克力蛋糕。晚餐在 Time Out Market 覓食，最後用一支 Amorino 冰淇淋完美收尾。辛特拉景點之間車程不短，建議一早出發，中午前先到雷加萊拉宮避開人潮。
Day 3：貝倫區，大航海時代的終點
早餐在 Casa das Bifanas，接著去熱羅尼莫斯修道院——排隊排到懷疑人生，建議開門時間就到。熱羅尼莫斯修道院、貝倫塔、發現者紀念碑都在同一區域，用兩三個小時能走完。貝倫蛋撻本店一定要排隊，跟便利店買的完全不是一個次元。告別晚餐選在 Cervejaria Ramiro，用一頓海鮮大餐替這趟里斯本之行畫上句號。
Day 1: First look at the old town
We walked four stops out of our way just to get the Lisboa Card — worth it though, transit and sights all on one pass. First bite in the city was Portuguese-style fried cod at CPPB Fried Cod, dinner at Uma Petiscos. In the evening, the Santa Justa Lift — the view over Lisbon’s red rooftops at dusk is well worth it. Save room for dessert after dinner at Nat’elier: the Portuguese egg tart here is just the appetizer, there’s better still to come.
Day 2: Sintra day trip
This was the single most worthwhile day of the whole trip:
- Quinta da Regaleira: A mysterious garden that feels like walking into a fairy tale.
- Pena Palace: Colors so vivid they barely look real.
- Cabo da Roca: Continental Europe’s westernmost point — the wind is strong enough to knock you off balance, but it’s worth it.
Lunch was at O Tasco Do Strauss, and on the way back we stopped for chocolate cake at Landeau Chiado. Dinner was a browse through Time Out Market, capped off with an Amorino gelato. The drive between Sintra’s sights takes a while, so head out early and try to reach Quinta da Regaleira before noon to beat the crowds.
Day 3: Belém, where the Age of Discovery ends
Breakfast at Casa das Bifanas, then the Jerónimos Monastery — the queue was long enough to make us question our life choices, so go right at opening if you can. The monastery, Belém Tower, and the Monument to the Discoveries are all in the same area — two to three hours covers it all. The original Pastéis de Belém is worth the queue; it’s simply not the same as the ones from a convenience store. We closed out the trip with a farewell seafood feast at Cervejaria Ramiro.

💡 由古斯塔夫·埃菲爾的門生 Raoul Mesnier du Ponsard 設計，1902年建成，最初以蒸汽為動力，後來才改為電力驅動。Designed by Raoul Mesnier du Ponsard, a student of Gustave Eiffel, and completed in 1902. It originally ran on steam power before being converted to electric.

💡 由被稱為「百萬富翁蒙泰羅」的富商 António Carvalho Monteiro 於20世紀初建造。那座著名的「啟蒙井」其實從未真正用來打水，井壁螺旋樓梯共9層平臺，據說呼應但丁《神曲》的九重地獄，與共濟會、塔羅牌象徵意義密切相關。Built in the early 1900s for the eccentric millionaire António Carvalho Monteiro, nicknamed "Monteiro dos Milhões." The famous Initiation Well was never actually used to draw water — its spiral staircase has 9 landings, said to echo the nine circles of Dante's Inferno, and is steeped in Masonic and Tarot symbolism.

💡 葡萄牙「新七大奇蹟」之一，19世紀由費爾南多二世國王下令建於一座曾被雷擊摧毀的修道院遺址上。整座宮殿刻意混搭哥特式、曼努埃爾式、伊斯蘭式與文藝復興風格，是浪漫主義建築的代表作。One of Portugal's "Seven Wonders," commissioned in the 19th century by King Ferdinand II on the ruins of a monastery destroyed by lightning. The palace deliberately mixes Gothic, Manueline, Islamic, and Renaissance styles — a showcase of Romanticist architecture.
歐洲大陸最西端，懸崖眺望大西洋The westernmost point of mainland Europe, with clifftop views over the Atlantic
💡 葡萄牙詩人卡蒙斯曾用一句話形容這裡：「陸地在此結束，海洋從此開始」，這句話如今就刻在岬角上的紀念碑上。Portuguese poet Luís de Camões once described this spot as "where the land ends and the sea begins" — the line is now inscribed on the monument at the cape.

💡 始建於1501年，建造經費來自達伽馬遠航帶回的香料貿易稅，當時被戲稱為「胡椒錢」。達伽馬本人的墓也安放在修道院內。Construction began in 1501, funded by a tax on the spice trade brought back by Vasco da Gama's voyages — nicknamed "pepper money" at the time. Vasco da Gama's own tomb is housed inside the monastery.

💡 建於1514至1519年間，最初矗立在特茹河河道中央，用來守衛里斯本港口，後來因河岸淤積才與陸地相連。塔身上一座犀牛造型的滴水獸，被認為是歐洲藝術史上最早的犀牛形象之一。Built between 1514 and 1519 to guard the mouth of the Tagus river, it originally stood in the middle of the river channel — land has since built up around it. A rhinoceros gargoyle on the tower is believed to be one of the earliest depictions of a rhino in European art.

紀念葡萄牙大航海時代的巨型雕塑A monumental sculpture commemorating Portugal's Age of Discovery
💡 1940年為葡萄牙世界博覽會臨時搭建，1960年為紀念航海家亨利王子逝世500週年才改建為永久建築。雕塑造型如船首，兩側共33位歷史人物浮雕；紀念碑前的地面上還有一幅巨大的世界地圖，標示著當年葡萄牙航海家開闢的航線。Originally built as a temporary structure for the 1940 Portuguese World Exhibition, it was rebuilt permanently in 1960 to mark 500 years since the death of Prince Henry the Navigator. The monument is shaped like a ship's prow, lined with 33 carved historical figures, and the pavement in front features a giant world map tracing the routes of Portuguese explorers.
