巴黎4天3夜攻略：盧浮宮 + 蒙馬特 + 鐵塔下的問卷詐騙要注意Paris in Four Days: The Louvre, Montmartre and Shopping Stops
從瑞士Montreux搭火車到巴黎，展開四天三夜的行程。We took the train from Montreux, Switzerland straight into Paris for a four-day, three-night trip.

這條四天路線適合誰？
這趟把經典景點、餐廳與精品購物放在一起，不是四天逛遍巴黎的清單。如果你想仔細看博物館，建議減少購物停靠，留更多時間給展廳；如果和我們一樣想兼顧兩者，可以把每天最想做的一件事先排好，其餘保留彈性。
歌劇院外觀與內部參觀要分開安排
看外觀和進入 Palais Garnier 參觀是兩回事。內部參觀請依巴黎歌劇院官方說明查詢門票及當天可進入的區域，不要把「公共參觀區域」理解為免票大廳。資料核對：2026-09-17。
購物、退稅與離境不要排得太緊
我們這次退稅順利，不代表每次都能快速完成。最後一天若還要購物，先替前往機場與離境程序留出時間。鐵塔附近遇到主動遞問卷或要求簽名的人時，可以不接、不簽，直接離開；這是我們經驗中的提醒，不代表每位搭話者都有惡意。
Day 1：入住鐵塔景觀酒店
火車抵達 Gare de Lyon，轉地鐵到 Trocadéro，入住 Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower。接著逛了 Westfield Forum des Halles 購物中心。晚上登凱旋門看巴黎夜景，回酒店路上經過 Trocadéro 廣場，正好捕捉到亮燈的鐵塔。
Day 2：盧浮宮 + 老佛爺百貨
酒店早餐後直奔 盧浮宮。午餐在 Bistrot Victoires 吃了法式蝸牛和油封鴨腿。
下午參觀 巴黎歌劇院。接著去 Galeries Lafayette 老佛爺百貨逛街、頂樓看景，晚上又殺回盧浮宮拍夜景。這天的戰利品是 Pierre Hermé 馬卡龍和一個 Chanel 卡包。
Day 3：巴黎鐵塔與蒙馬特
早餐特地跑去 Carette 體驗巴黎咖啡廳文化，接著徒步穿過 Trocadéro、鐵塔下方、沿塞納河畔漫步。
之後直奔香榭麗舍的 Chanel 旗艦店，老婆終於買到心心念唸的包。午餐在 Le Cocottes。下午挑戰 蒙馬特聖心堂。
Day 4：最後血拼 + 機場收尾
聖誕節前夕的老佛爺百貨人山人海，把握最後機會買到停不下來，接著前往戴高樂機場辦退稅——效率意外地快，最後在機場吃了頓麥當勞當作四天三夜的收尾。影片結尾加碼戰利品開箱：Chanel 包、Chanel 卡包，還有 Celine 包。
Who this four-day route suits
We mixed the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and Montmartre with restaurants and shopping. This is not a checklist for seeing all of Paris in four days. If museums are your priority, cut some shopping stops and give the galleries more time. For a mixed trip like ours, choose one priority each day and leave the rest flexible.
Seeing Palais Garnier outside is not the same as visiting inside
For an interior visit, check admission and accessible areas on the Paris Opera’s official visitor page. “Public areas” does not mean a free-access lobby. Information checked 17 September 2026.
Leave room for the airport, not just one more shop
Our tax-refund process was quick, but that is not a reliable allowance for another trip. Keep enough time for getting to the airport and completing departure procedures before adding last-day shopping. Around the Eiffel Tower, we also had an uncomfortable encounter involving a survey: you can decline a form or signature request and walk away, without assuming everyone who approaches has bad intentions.
Day 1: Checking into an Eiffel Tower view hotel
The train got in at Gare de Lyon, we took the metro to Trocadéro, and checked into Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower. We wandered Westfield Forum des Halles. That night we climbed the Arc de Triomphe for the night view, and caught the tower lighting up on the way back through Trocadéro Plaza.
Day 2: The Louvre + Galeries Lafayette
After breakfast at the hotel we went straight for the Louvre. Lunch was escargot and confit duck leg at Bistrot Victoires.
In the afternoon we visited Palais Garnier (the Paris Opera). Then Galeries Lafayette for shopping and the rooftop view, and back to the Louvre that evening for night photos. The day’s haul: Pierre Hermé macarons and a Chanel card holder.
Day 3: The Eiffel Tower and Montmartre
Breakfast was at Carette for a proper taste of Parisian café culture, then we walked through Trocadéro, under the Eiffel Tower, and along the Seine.
We headed straight for the Chanel flagship on the Champs-Élysées, where my wife finally got the bag she’d been wanting. Lunch at Le Cocottes. In the afternoon we tackled Sacré-Cœur in Montmartre.
Day 4: Last-minute shopping + the airport send-off
Galeries Lafayette on Christmas Eve was absolute chaos — we squeezed in one last round of shopping, then headed to Charles de Gaulle for the tax refund, which was surprisingly fast. We closed out the four days with McDonald’s at the airport. The video ends with a bonus haul unboxing: the Chanel bag, the Chanel card holder, and the Celine bag.

💡 拿破崙1806年下令建造，用來紀念他的勝利，但直到他去世15年後的1836年才完工。拱門下方是無名戰士墓，長明火自1923年起每晚6點半準時重新點燃，從未間斷。Napoleon commissioned it in 1806 to commemorate his victories, but it wasn't finished until 1836 — 15 years after his death. Beneath the arch lies the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, where an eternal flame has been relit every evening at 6:30pm without fail since 1923.

💡 盧浮宮最早是1190年建造的防禦堡壘，後來才改建為王宮。1989年貝聿銘設計的玻璃金字塔入口在當時引發巨大爭議，如今已成為盧浮宮的標誌之一。蒙娜麗莎本尊其實只有77x53公分，比很多人想象中小很多。The Louvre began life as a defensive fortress in 1190 before later being rebuilt into a royal palace. I. M. Pei's glass pyramid entrance, added in 1989, was hugely controversial at the time and is now one of the museum's most iconic features. The real Mona Lisa is only 77×53cm — much smaller than most people expect.

💡 這裡是小說《歌劇魅影》的故事原型場景，建築地下確實有一座蓄水池——當初是為了消防用水，後來被小說家寫成了「魅影的地下湖」。This building inspired the setting of The Phantom of the Opera — and there really is an underground reservoir beneath it, originally built for fire-fighting water, which the novel reimagined as the Phantom's subterranean lake.

💡 百貨公司中央那座新藝術風格的玻璃穹頂建於1912年，即使不買東西也可以免費入內參觀，穹頂下方常有節慶裝飾，聖誕期間尤其壯觀。The Art Nouveau glass dome at the store's center dates back to 1912, and you can walk in and admire it for free even if you're not shopping — it's often decorated for the season, especially spectacular around Christmas.

On hot summer days, the iron structure expands and the tower actually stands about 15cm taller than it does in winter.
爬坡有點累，但登頂俯瞰巴黎全景值回票價The climb up is a bit tiring, but the panoramic view from the top makes it worth it
💡 教堂外牆使用一種叫「特拉維丁石」的石材，遇雨水會自動分泌方解石，讓外牆歷經百年風雨依然維持白色。整座教堂完全靠民間捐款建成，是普法戰爭後全民贖罪的產物。The basilica's façade is built from a special travertine stone that secretes calcite when it rains, which is why it has stayed strikingly white after more than a century of weather. It was funded entirely by public donations, built as a national act of penance after the Franco-Prussian War.
