A three-and-a-half-hour train journey from Grindelwald to Zermatt, rewarded with perfect weather and an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. We wandered the car-free village on foot, grabbed lunch at (of all places) the world's most scenic McDonald's, and shared full transport and accommodation notes.
