暴風雪改寫東部行程
為了拍一間藍教堂，我們在939公路遇上暴風雪被困雪地，真的一度懷疑能不能順利脫身。地熱區還差點被硫磺味燻到乾嘔，泡溫泉也失敗了兩次。
所幸最後順利抵達小眾景點 玄武岩峽谷 Studlagil，柱狀玄武岩層層排列，很值得為它冒險一趟。當晚入住米湖的 Fosshotel Mývatn，為隔天的火山探險養精蓄銳。
這是整趟環島天氣最兇險的一段。
939 公路的暴風雪和兩次未能泡成的溫泉，讓這段行程跟原計劃差得很遠。影片記錄的是這次遇上的狀況，不是一條值得照走的雪天路線；路況惡化時應改道或停留。
A snowstorm rewrote the eastern route
Chasing a single blue church, we got caught in a snowstorm on Route 939 and genuinely weren’t sure we’d make it out. A geothermal area nearly made us gag on sulfur fumes, and two attempts at a hot spring both failed.
We did eventually make it to the lesser-known Stuðlagil Canyon, its layered basalt columns worth every bit of the detour. That night we checked into Fosshotel Mývatn, resting up for the next day’s volcano exploring.
This was the most weather-battered stretch of the entire ring road.
The snowstorm on Route 939 and two unsuccessful hot-spring visits pushed this leg far from the plan. The video records what happened, not a recommended route in snow: change course or stay put when conditions deteriorate.

💡 這片壯觀的玄武岩峽谷曾經大半被河水淹沒，直到2009年上游建了水力發電大壩、河水水位下降，峽谷完整的玄武岩壁才第一次重見天日。Most of this dramatic canyon used to be submerged underwater — it wasn't until a hydroelectric dam was built upstream in 2009, lowering the river's water level, that the canyon's full basalt walls were revealed for the first time in decades.
