把移動日走成最安靜的一天
金黃草原與雪山交織的山景，停下來拍了無數張照片。途中在 Cromwell 小鎮加油站補給零食，再次探訪熟悉的 Lake Hayes。
午後抵達 Queenstown Holiday Park Creeksyde，check in 後直奔皇后鎮私房秘境 Moke Lake，湖景寂靜治癒，靜靜待著就覺得時光變慢。結束一天行程後回到營地自己下廚。
這是整趟南島房車之旅最Chill的一天。
Moke Lake 的八公里碎石路令它比市中心湖泊更安靜，也表示房車駕駛需要放慢速度並留意路況。這一天沒有密集活動，正好證明公路旅行不需要每天都追求最高景點數量。
Turning a transfer into the quietest day
Golden tussock hills woven together with snow peaks, stopping for more photos than we could count. Along the way we stocked up on snacks at a gas station in the town of Cromwell, and revisited the familiar Lake Hayes.
By afternoon we’d reached Queenstown Holiday Park Creeksyde, checked in, and headed straight for Moke Lake. The stillness there was genuinely soothing; time seemed to slow down just sitting by the water. We closed out the day cooking dinner at the campsite.
The most laid-back day of the whole South Island campervan trip.
The eight-kilometre gravel approach helps keep Moke Lake quieter than the central lakes, but it also requires a slower drive and attention to road conditions. With no dense activity list, this day proved that a road trip does not need to maximise the number of stops every day.

💡 Lindis Pass 是紐西蘭公路網海拔最高的山口之一，滿山遍野的金黃針茅草原是南島高地特有的生態景觀，全國只有少數幾個高地盆地才有。Lindis Pass is one of the highest points on New Zealand's state highway network. Its golden tussock-covered hills are a distinctive high-country ecosystem found in only a handful of basins across the South Island.

皇后鎮私房秘境，寂靜治癒A secluded, soothing hidden gem near Queenstown
💡 Moke Lake 只能靠一段8公里的碎石路抵達，雖然離皇后鎮市區車程不到30分鐘，卻因為這段路而比近在咫尺的瓦卡蒂普湖安靜許多。Moke Lake is reachable only via an 8km unsealed road — despite being less than a 30-minute drive from central Queenstown, that stretch of gravel keeps it far quieter than Lake Wakatipu just over the hill.
