兩天走進冰島的冰雪核心
瓦特納冰川 Vatnajökull 徒步是圓夢時刻，隔天專門包了3小時雪地摩托在冰原上狂飆。冰川旁的 傑古沙龍冰河湖 Jökulsárlón 美到不真實，搭了一小時 Zodiac 快艇近距離看海豹，湖口的鑽石沙灘則是黑沙灘上散落的透明冰塊，怎麼拍都好看。
晚餐在龍蝦鎮 Höfn 的 Pakkhús 吃招牌龍蝦，老闆還免費加送了一整盤，隔天住的 Airbnb 門口直接就能看極光，完全不用出門。
從冰川徒步到雪地摩托再到冰河湖近距離看海豹，這兩天幾乎把冰島最標誌性的冰雪體驗一次收齊。
冰川健行看腳下的冰，雪地摩托走得更遠，Zodiac 快艇則從湖面看浮冰和海豹。這次選了三種不同視角，不是三個可以隨意互換的停車拍照點；活動是否成行仍以營運團隊的判斷為準。
Two days in Iceland’s world of ice
Hiking Vatnajökull glacier was a genuine dream-come-true moment, followed the next day by a 3-hour glacier snowmobiling tour across the ice cap. The glacier lagoon Jökulsárlón right beside it looks almost unreal — we took a 1-hour Zodiac boat tour to get close to the seals — and Diamond Beach at its mouth, scattered with clear ice chunks on black sand, was photogenic from every angle.
Dinner in the lobster town of Höfn at Pakkhús, where the owner threw in a free plate of lobster on top of our order, and the Airbnb that night had northern lights visible right from the doorstep.
From glacier hiking to snowmobiling to a boat tour past seals — these two days covered pretty much every iconic ice-and-snow experience Iceland has to offer.
The glacier walk showed the ice underfoot, the snowmobile took us farther across it, and the Zodiac brought us onto the lagoon among icebergs and seals. These were three different guided experiences, not interchangeable roadside stops; departures depend on the operators’ decisions.

💡 瓦特納冰川覆蓋了冰島約8%的國土面積，是歐洲體積最大的冰川，冰層下方還藏著好幾座活火山，包括曾多次噴發的格里姆火山。Vatnajökull covers about 8% of Iceland's entire land area, making it Europe's largest ice cap by volume — and hidden beneath the ice are several active volcanoes, including Grímsvötn, which has erupted repeatedly.

💡 一百年前這裡根本還不存在——冰河湖是從1930、40年代冰川開始退縮後才逐漸形成的，而且因為氣候變化，它至今仍在持續擴大，已是冰島最深的湖泊之一。A century ago, this lagoon didn't exist at all — it formed as the glacier began retreating in the 1930s and '40s, and it's still growing today due to climate change, now one of Iceland's deepest lakes.
