雷克雅未克兩日遊：藍湖與極光初體驗Two Days in Reykjavík: Blue Lagoon and Our First Northern Lights

用兩天熟悉雷克雅未克
抵達當晚直奔 藍湖 Blue Lagoon 報到，泡完湯在 Svarta Kaffið 喝了碗冰島特色麵包湯暖胃，接著去地標建築 哈格爾大教堂 Hallgrímskirkja 拍照。運氣很好，只有12%機率的預報下，第一晚就在 Seltjarnarnes 追到極光，隔天在 Hafnarfjörður 又看到一次，兩連中開局非常給力。
第二天沿著彩虹街 Skólavörðustígur 散步、教堂登頂看市景，再去哈帕音樂廳、太陽航海者雕塑打卡，晚餐在 Messinn 吃了必點的冰島燉魚，非常推薦。
雷克雅未克是整趟環島的起點，也是補給與調整時差的好地方。
首晚在 Seltjarnarnes、隔晚在 Hafnarfjörður 都看見極光，是這次開局的意外收穫。即使沒有這兩晚的運氣，藍湖、教堂登頂和 Messinn 的燉魚仍是這段首都行程的主線。
Two days to settle into Reykjavík
We went straight to the Blue Lagoon the night we landed, warmed up afterward with a bowl of Iceland’s signature bread soup at Svarta Kaffið, then photographed the landmark Hallgrímskirkja church. We got lucky — despite only a 12% forecast, we caught the northern lights that very first night at Seltjarnarnes, and again the next night at Hafnarfjörður. A strong start.
The next day was a walk down the colorful Skólavörðustígur street, up the church tower for city views, then photo stops at Harpa concert hall and the Sun Voyager sculpture. Dinner at Messinn — their signature Icelandic fish stew is a must-order.
Reykjavik is the starting point for the whole ring road, and a good place to shake off jet lag before hitting the road.
We saw the aurora at Seltjarnarnes on the first night and Hafnarfjörður on the second. Those were lucky additions; the Blue Lagoon, church-tower visit and fish at Messinn were the city itinerary regardless.

💡 藍湖那片乳白色湖水其實是旁邊斯瓦特森吉地熱發電廠排出的廢水，並非天然湖泊——1980年代當地人發現在這裡泡水能舒緩皮膚病，才意外催生出這座世界知名的溫泉。The Blue Lagoon's milky-blue water is actually runoff from the neighboring Svartsengi geothermal power plant, not a natural lake — locals discovered in the 1980s that bathing in it soothed skin conditions, and the accidental discovery grew into one of the world's most famous spas.
雷克雅未克地標建築，登頂可俯瞰全市Reykjavik's landmark church — climb the tower for a view over the whole city
💡 教堂從1945年動工到1986年才完工，前後花了41年。設計靈感來自冰島隨處可見的玄武岩柱地貌，尖塔的造型正是模仿熔岩冷卻後形成的六角柱狀節理。Construction began in 1945 and wasn't finished until 1986 — 41 years in the making. Its design draws on the basalt columns found all over Iceland, with the tower's ribbed spire echoing the hexagonal columns left behind by cooling lava.
