少女峰交通：火車和 Eiger Express 怎樣選？
我們上山經 Kleine Scheidegg，下山搭 Eiger Express。 規劃時要分清 Grindelwald 與 Grindelwald Terminal，不要把兩個站名當成同一處。
- 火車路線： Grindelwald → Kleine Scheidegg → 接少女峰鐵路前往 Jungfraujoch；購票時核對所選班次的轉乘。
- 纜車路線： Grindelwald Terminal → Eiger Express → Eigergletscher → 少女峰鐵路 → Jungfraujoch。
2026 年需要預約座位嗎？
官方列明 2026 年 5 月 1 日至 10 月 31 日必須預約座位，預約以外仍須有效車票。請最遲在火車出發前 10 分鐘通過閘機。其他日期及其後年份，以官方公布為準。
票價、天氣與當天行程
比較票價時，使用相同出發站、日期及通票條件，不要直接比較不同區段的宣傳起價。把上下山交通和候車都算入一日行程；先看能見度及營運狀態，再決定是否上山。這不是「不用步行就一定輕鬆」的行程，到了高海拔仍應放慢步調。

前往歐洲之巔，路線本身也是風景
這天從 Grindelwald 出發，目標是海拔 3,454 米的 Jungfraujoch 少女峰。上山不只是一段交通：我們經 Kleine Scheidegg 前往 Eigergletscher，再接登山鐵路，窗外景色一路從村莊、山坡轉成高山雪景。
如果想讓來回路線不完全重複，可以像我們一樣把 Eiger Express 放在其中一程。纜車和登山火車帶來的視角不同，也讓漫長的移動多了一點變化。
海拔三千多米，不必急著趕行程
抵達 Jungfraujoch 後，最強烈的感覺是自己突然被放進一片雪白世界。這裡的高度和平地不同，即使沒有安排高難度活動，也值得把步調放慢，先讓身體適應，再看當天能見度決定停留方式。
比起把每分鐘都塞滿，我們更喜歡留時間觀察天氣和山景。高山上的畫面會隨雲層快速改變，短暫看不清，不代表接下來都沒有機會。
回到 Grindelwald
下山後，我們在下雪的 Grindelwald 散步，晚上到加油站旁的 Guggeli Grill 餐車簡單吃飯，再回到 Hotel Cabana。從三千多米的觀景臺回到一頓直接、沒有排場的晚餐，反而替一天收得剛剛好。
第一次安排少女峰，不妨把重點放在交通銜接、天氣和身體反應，而不是追求一張塞滿景點的清單。這趟路最難忘的部分，本來就包括慢慢接近雪山的過程。

Jungfraujoch routes: railway or Eiger Express?
We went up via Kleine Scheidegg and used the Eiger Express on the way down. Distinguish Grindelwald station from Grindelwald Terminal when planning connections.
- Railway: Grindelwald → Kleine Scheidegg → Jungfrau Railway to Jungfraujoch. Check the transfers for your selected departure.
- Cableway: Grindelwald Terminal → Eiger Express → Eigergletscher → Jungfrau Railway → Jungfraujoch.
Do you need a reservation in 2026?
The operator requires seat reservations 1 May–31 October 2026, in addition to a valid ticket. Pass through the gates at least 10 minutes before train departure. Check the rules again for other dates or years.
Tickets and the day itself
Compare prices using the same origin, date and travel-pass entitlement. Include both mountain journeys and waiting time in your day. Check visibility and operations before deciding to go; transport access does not remove the need to take things slowly at altitude.

The journey is part of Jungfraujoch
We set out from Grindelwald for Jungfraujoch, 3,454 metres above sea level. Getting there was more than a transfer. Our route passed Kleine Scheidegg and Eigergletscher before joining the mountain railway, while the view outside changed from village streets and slopes to a high-alpine world of snow.
For a return journey with some variety, we used the Eiger Express for one section rather than retracing every connection in the same way. The cable car and cogwheel railway offered different perspectives and made the long travel time feel like part of the experience.
Slow down at 3,454 metres
Arriving at Jungfraujoch felt like stepping abruptly into an almost entirely white landscape. The altitude is very different from the valley, so there was no benefit in racing through the visit. We took the day slowly and let the weather and visibility shape how long we spent looking around.
Cloud can change the scene quickly at this height. A view that disappears for a moment may return, so building in time is more useful than trying to force a minute-by-minute checklist.
Back in Grindelwald
After descending, we walked through snowy Grindelwald and picked up a simple dinner from the Guggeli Grill food truck beside the petrol station before returning to Hotel Cabana. That unceremonious meal was a fitting end after such a dramatic journey.
For a first Jungfraujoch visit, concentrate on the connections, current conditions and how your body responds to the altitude. The changing journey towards the mountain is already one of the day’s major sights.
